The apartment was way more than what we expected. It was spacious for all 10 of us. The location was just right, opposite to the Galeria Krakowska and only few minutes walk to the old town.The host Hanna and Chris was very gracious, showed us around and even kept surprise chocolates for the kids, which they loved.

Just got back from a brilliant weekend in Krakow. We were a party of 6 and I couldn’t recommend this apartment more. It was lovely and modern and had more than enough beds and space. When we arrived there was even beer and water in the fridge and snacks left. The square is only about a 7 min walk away and there is lots of shops nearby to get provisions. The host was most helpful and contacted me before our trip to see if we needed airport transfers. We did get them and the driver were all on time. Would definitely recommend to anyone going Kraków to stay there. And if I go again I will hopefully stay there.

Un centre commercial ou vous trouverez tout pour manger ou vous habiller est presque en face de l’appartement. - Le confort de l’appartement : La literie est excellente, l’équipement ménager fourni, les machines à laver le linge et la vaisselle sont appréciables. Également de nombreuses salles de bains très bien agencées. - La décoration de l’appartement moderne et lumineuse sur un appartement. Vintage et plus grise pour l’autre. Même si l’immeuble n’est pas très beau à l’extérieur, ce n’est rien, tant l’intérieur est confortable. - De petites attentions fort appréciables comme des capsules de cafés, différentes sorte de thés et tisanes, du sucre mais aussi des gels douche et des shampoings sont mis à disposition gratuitement des locataires. Les serviettes de bain et les draps sont également compris dans la location.

We spent most of our time out and about rather than indoors and the proximity to the old town was a huge plus - just 10 minutes walk or less. We had a fantastic stay at the apartment in Krakow. The place was clean and modern and there was more than enough space for 10 of us to stay comfortably. Upon booking the trip, we were provided all of the information we needed and the fantastic apartment manager Paulina reached out to help us organise airport transfers and our auschwitz trip, all of which was seamless and professional. We arrived to find snacks and beers for the group and the apartment was exactly as described. There were nespresso machines available and plenty of coffee. The location of the apartment was fantastic. 30 second walk from a huge shopping and restuarant complex. 5 minute walk to the train station and less than 10 minutes to the main town centre. We were asked to give a £250 cash deposit (understandably as we were a group of 10), for which we were given a receipt and was returned promptly at the end of the trip. Great cozy and spacious apartment with everything you need to make your stay absolutely perfect. Everything is organized spotlessly, check in/out were a breeze, and there was even a welcome basket that included beer (a nice touch). The location is simply perfect, in a quiet area but right around the corner from a mall (if you feel like going on a shopping spree), next door to a small supermarket, and not even 5 minutes walk from the gates of the old city. Note to the digital nomads out there: the wifi of the apartment uses a 4G/LTE modem and it's pretty flaky. We'll be back for sure the next time we are in Krakow!

We had a most amazing stay at this gorgeous stylish and sparkling clean apartment. It was beautiful and went beyond our expectations. Our hosts had left us chips , water , wine ,coffee , tea , washing powder , dishwashing liquid ,toilet rolls ,shower gel and hand soap. So we did not need to buy a thing and it was very much appreciated. The apartment is very well equipped and located right opposite a luxurious shopping Centre Galeria Krakowska. This made it very convenient to do some clothes shopping and grocery shopping as there are 2 Carrefours located in the Centre and a very large food court. This was most convenient when we could get takeaways after a long day’s work or sight seeing if we were too tired to explore Old Town Krakow. The location is superb as it’s a 10 minute walk to the Old Town. Check in and check out was seamless and Paulina was very helpful in giving us local tips and some Polish words for ease of communication. This is one of the best Airbnb apartments we have ever stayed in and we will definitely be back. Hanna and Chris are superb hosts and in a league of their own. Well done on hosting such a spectacular apartment.

It was so helpful to have lots of information about the apartment and surrounding area in advance to help plan activities and sights. We were a group of 6 female friends celebrating our significant birthday year with a weekend in Krakow. We chose the apartment for its location which was perfect for accessing the old town just 3 minutes walk away, and for its accommodation which provided plenty of space in clean modern surroundings. The communication with Hanna & Chris beforehand was very prompt and thorough and they helped us with organising an early bag drop and transfers to the salt mines. We were so grateful that Paulina, who met us for the bag drop, said we could fully check in (3hrs early) which meant we had so much more time to explore the city. Paulina also gave us some great recommendations for eating out and organised a last minute taxi transfer at check out, which was stress free. The apartment was bright, clean, spacious and beautifully designed. All the little extras: toiletries, milk, beer, tea, coffee and snacks meant we really felt at home. The beds were so comfortable and towels were thick and fluffy. Krakow is such a beautiful city to explore, so we didn’t spend much time in the apartment, but it was a lovely place to relax in at the end each day. We would recommend Hanna & Chris’s apartment to anyone looking for a great base, in a quiet street right on the old town’s doorstep. Thanks for making our birthday weekend away so perfect.

Due to that it is a little bit noisy if you prefer to sleep with open windows instead of using the air conditioning. We highly recommend this apartment. It exceeded our expectations. The location was great since it was close to the train station and many of the local attractions were a walking distance away. The home had many useful amenities. The beds were very comfortable which is not always the case in Europe. The bathroom was clean and modern. The washing machine was very useful. Paulina the property manager did a great job meeting us at the property and giving us great suggestions for restaurants and was always available when we needed something. The portable WiFi was also a nice bonus since we were able to take it with us as we traveled. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Krakow. Thank you!

The apartment is easy to find and superbly located. They had someone meet us there and while we were slow to communicate, she did so nearly immediately. Her English was great and she was proactively helpful. The apartment feels new and had plenty of space for sleeping a lot of people. I don't remember how many it is listed for, but I think you could sleep 7-8 very easily. Kitchen is small but super functional and there is a full bath, a shower in a separate room and a separate toilet, which made it great for our large family. This apartment was great for seeing Krakow and would also be great as a central point if you wanted to train and see other areas of Poland, Czech or Slovakia on day trips.

Weekend in Krakow was a birthday treat for my wife. The apartment is amazing for these occasions. Owners designed and took care of every detail in this property, to be beautiful yet practical and comfortable at the same time. All brand newly decorated and furnished. Very comfortable beds, and mattresses. Bedding and towels fresh and crisp. We actually felt like in a hotel but with an extra comfort of our own space - with fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and a separate dining area. Whenever needed we got an assistance from our “virtual concierge” Paulina who organises trips and transfers. Owners were very helpful too, with quick responses to all our queries. We felt so looked after. Last but not least the location is just perfect - only minutes walk from the walls of the Old Town, and minutes away from a large shopping mall - so much to do and see! There’s also a supermarket 200m from the place.

This apartment is fantastic! Beautifully decorated, lots of space, air conditioning, heated tile floors and an outdoor balcony. It also felt very safe and secure, which is important to us. The location is close to all the action, close to the mall, the supermarket, bars, restaurants, Stare Miasto, and the Main Square, all in walking distance, pretty much everything that you could want. The host is very easy to get in touch with and getting into the apartment was a snap. They even supplied beer and wine in the fridge for us and coffee and creamers! Oh, and the apartment also supplies WiFi to go to carry in your purse! All the little things that add up to make your stay very welcoming. We had a wonderful time in Krakow and our ‘home away from home’ made it even better. If we were to return, we would most definitely stay here again.

Het appartement van Hannah en Chris ligt op een heel goede plek: vlakbij het centraal station én vlakbij de binnenstad. Het appartement is schoon en de bedden zijn prima. De keuken biedt koffie en thee heeft alle gemakken. Het is een verzorgd geheel, inclusief een leuk servies. Paulina geeft goede tips voor restaurants etc.
