Having hosted over 4000 guests since 2016, we have created a high quality service to manage our reservations and guests. After the initial reservation has been received we engage directly with guests to discover more about who they are, the make up of the group and any special reasons for visiting Kraków. We continue to communicate with guests up to and during arrival and are available durinhg the stay. We offer assistance for tours, trips and airport transfers if required as well as a specially prepared Guest Guide to Kraków that contains recomendations for places of interest, restaurants and bars.
This high level of service has led to over 300 reservations from some 36 (so far) countries; we have been names Superhosts for AirBnB every quarter since our first guest and our high quality scores awarded by our booking portals show this:

Our amazing property manager Paulina has been working with us since the beginning of Luxe Living. She will welcome you and be your ‘virtual concierge’ and main point of contact during your stay. Paulina will advise you on places to go, see, she will prepare your trips or even exchange your currency at the best rate.
We are really hands-on being fully involved in managing prices and promotions on all major portals. Our target is to sell the properties at optimal prices and occupancy to generate the highest revenue.
Looking after your Property
Your apartment will be throroughly checked during cleaning after guests' departure. Any potential damages will be reported, investigated and charged from the security deposit if were due to guests' misconduct. Our reliable handymen will repair the damages.
